Every time I read the archive of my blog I feel like I was writing better than I am now. Not grammatically, obviously, but the content was much more interesting and entertaining. I laugh my ass out of some comments and expressions - sometimes because they are creative; sometimes because they are stupid. I try to believe I find it funny because I am now kind of stranger to who I was then, but I'm afraid I'm just becoming more boring... I will only find out when it's too late, so let's not worry about it.
This whole week was dead boring, lol. I was writing a post plan and every day was basically school and home. Since Monday, Thursday and Friday were all about that, I won't write anything specific about these days.
Tuesday I had Express after class to break the ice a little bit. We had a loooong check-in for people to share their skiing experience, and then we just hung out. I couldn't take the crowd for coffee later because I had to finish my INT3's assignment. Luckily I finished and submitted it at 23:59. My mom and some other people were delaying me on msn, so I almost missed the deadline =P
Wednesday was a happy day =] After class I went to Finch & Dufferin and then took the TTC home. I stopped at Shoppers before coming here to buy some nuts and take a look at some fragrances. I was never a big fun of scents, but I do agree that they are nice and attractive. I came home and spent some quality time "with myself" having tea and stuff. I finally did my laundry so I wouldn't have to wear my swimsuit for the lack of underwear (lol), and Patrick unexpectedly came home in the afternoon, which wasn't very nice. I managed to ease the situation when he left, and then it was time to go meet Zulema at Bay station. I should've read my email before leaving because she canceled the last minute =[ I waited for about 15min, and then I went for a walk imagining that she would call if she was coming. I went to Rogers all the way to Rosedale station, and took a look at some of the DVDs they had for sale. I almost bought some movies I wanted to have, but I cannot spend money on that right now =[ I came back home around 21h, and then I did nothing until it was time to go to bed.
Yesterday was an interesting day too. I woke up around 11am to get ready for an interview in the afternoon. It took me longer than it should've taken to leave, so I ended up being late. The interview was at Ontario Place and I've never been there before, so it was a pain in the ass to find the right place to go. Add some crazy wind/rain storm to the endless walking and my mood was high in the mountains. I finally found the administration building and I lied about the time of my interview (I said it was 2:30 instead of 1:30). They got confused with their files and believed me, so I don't have to worry =P I filled out some papers and went in to answer the question they sent me weeks before: how would I entertain a line of kids waiting to go to an amusement park ride that was under maintenance for 5min? I said I would play the game that Keli taught me in one of the workshops, something involving charades and sculptures. They let me in for the final interview, and that was a meeting that was meant for a group of 10 applicants; they had only two, however. The other guy was nice and good looking, and his answers were not too bad. I hope we both get the job =] We left together because he was taking the streetcar too, but our conversation died when we got to the stop since he plugged in his earphones and I started texting Zulema. I wanted to go eat something, so I invited her to meet me at the Eaton Centre. We met at Indigo, and decided to go to Kensinton Market. It was still raining, and we realized we didn't know where to go once we got to Spadina and Dundas. We went towards Augusta Ave, and she remembered seeing a vegetarian place around there once. We headed there and found this place called Bhuda's Vegetarian. What a find! The food was amazing, and totally affordable. We ordered so much that we had to take some home, so after taking the streetcar back downtown we parted and left. Once I got home I found nothing else to do, so I wasted the rest of my day on the internet =/
I want my life to be in order again... It sucks so much to have a mess in many aspects of it. It sucks even more that I cannot fix what I want to fix, and I don't want to fix what I can. This spring will be one of the most important springs of my life, and still I am not running on 100% of enthusiasm. I guess that's it.
SeeYa,
Feliploko, who's boring.
